I had my first Reiki session with Barbara and was blown away with my results. I felt energized - but not a 'two cups of coffee' kind of energized. A quiet, easy energy. Was this what peace felt like? It wasn't until hours later that I realized I hadn't experienced the usual anxiety that I was feeling, that no voice in the back of my head that hurried me along. I was sold. Perhaps eager to find that sense of calm again, I felt more motivated to search for that inner pease daily, What I do know is that I feel better. I know that I can find a state of true peace and quiet - and that in itself is victory.

Thank you Barbara. Your reiki session was absolutely one of the things i have ever done for myself. I am an entrepreneur operating multiple companies. I am basically working deals 24/7. My career requires constant creativity, and problem solving. I’ve been fortunate to have a heavy workload during the pandemic. Lately I have been feeling off. I felt like I’ve been in a rut. I couldn’t figure out how to direct my focus with a new client. I was continually frustrated, irritated and felt lost. I knew I needed to do something. I wanted to try reiki, and booked an appointment. 

After my session, I felt energized and clear. I was so relaxed and comfortable in Barbara's presence. I told her I felt like I was at a float spa as I laid there during our session. 

That evening I slept through the night, not a usual occurrence. 

Today is the day after and it has been an amazing day. I had the breakthrough I needed at work and it went 10x for me. I had a wonderful, friendly, productive conversation with my ex wife about our children! I was so proud of myself and happy. My wife also had a session and had an amazing day. She is already wanting to set up more sessions. So do I!
